Porch of the 19th century

in a house on Tashkentskaya The front entrance to the house from Tashkentskaya Street was decorated with a porch. Wooden posts and railings with posts, slotted cornices gave it an elegant look. Decorative elements, taken individually, do not make a strong impression. They looked in the ensemble of the entire building, playing not only a spectacular role in it, but also performing certain functions: they strengthened the stability of the house, hid the building structures, and protected from bright light and precipitation.
