1934 Sovetskaya Street (formerly Bazarnaya) began to be called in 1919. One of the central streets of the city. Here, between Tashkentskaya (Zhibek Zholu) and Koshchiynaya (Abdumomunova) streets, there were shops and shopping arcades.
