Photo 1955 The bust monument to Djoomart Bokonbaev (1910-1944), poet and playwright, was erected on November 5, 1947. (sculptor S.M. Manuilova, architect V. Veryuzhsky). In 2003, the bust was stolen for the purpose of selling non-ferrous metal. Restored.
