Physical devices

The physical devices plant was created in 1956. Renamed to the Instrument-Making Plant named after the 50th anniversary of the Kyrgyz SSR. The plant produced Shkval torpedoes, various types of homing systems, remote control and non-standard control and measuring equipment for them. Fizpribory produced medical equipment - encephalographs for recording the biocurrents of the brain of humans or animals, electrophoresis installations for studying the chemical composition of body tissues, about a dozen types of laboratory and medical centrifuges, including for blood separation, electronic level indicators for rocket liquid fuel in the storage facilities of the Baikonur Cosmodrome, control indicators and alarms that were installed in the pipelines of the rocket refueling system, in the cooling systems of nuclear reactors nuclear power plants and nuclear submarines, radiometers for the first artificial Earth satellites of the Cosmos series.
