The total area of ​​the Exhibition is 110 hectares, of which 32 hectares are the main area, 21 hectares are occupied by grapes and fruit trees, 16 hectares are occupied by various plants. Almost all types of flora in Kyrgyzstan are concentrated here, more than 15 varieties of fruit trees, 20 types of flowers. For many years, VDNKh of the Kirghiz SSR has carried out the important task of disseminating advanced experience in economic organization, production technology, and demonstrating the achievements of science and technology. Many farms, leaders in production, scientists and technicians were awarded medals from the Exhibition of Economic Achievements of the Kirghiz SSR. The territory of VDNKh with an area of ​​106 hectares in 1996, then already as the National Exhibition Center, was transferred by the decision of the Government to the directorate of the Bishkek Free Economic Zone. With the stroke of a pen, the townspeople were deprived of a center for science, education and recreation.
