House on Klyuchevaya Street

House on Klyuchevaya Street. The beginning of the twentieth century The city expanded and the rectilinear layout affected the chaotically built-up Dunganovka. Many residents could not withstand the onslaught of “urbanization”, sold their plots and moved to the countryside. Others became merchants and industrialists and built planned houses even in the central part of the city. So Lulosa Motanyu and his brother Yusuz had a number of shops, rice plantations in Milyanfan, a rice grinder and a mill in Klyuchevaya. We walked with goods from Kulja to Tashkent, buying honey and wax in the Chui Valley. Losanov Shamuza, a merchant, played the role of a Dungan translator in his free time in the city administration. Prosperous houses were built by Sushanlo Abdullah, Tanujo Susher, Yanlosan Mansuza. This house is characterized by window openings on the smooth facades of the walls, complemented by wide sandstones.
