House Book. Photo from the album City of Frunze, 1978. The 5th microdistrict is located in the south-eastern region of the city within K. Marx Avenue (Yunusaliev), st. 50th anniversary of the Komsomol of Kyrgyzstan (Donetskaya, Suerkulova), Kalininskaya embankment (Sayakbay Karalaev). The microdistrict was built up with large-panel houses. The authors of the project are architects G. Oganesyan, G. Kutateladze, V. Tychinsky, I. Likhterov and others.
