10th microdistrict

Tenth microdistrict. Located on the southern outskirts of the city, bordered on the south by Victory Park. It is built with 4- and 5-storey large-panel residential buildings of series 1-464 and 105, 9-storey frame-panel residential buildings of series 106. In the microdistrict there is a pedagogical institute of Russian language and literature, Giprovodkhoz and Gorvodokanal, the Southern Gate composition. The territory of the microdistrict is 21.8 hectares, the population is 8.2 thousand people. (on 1. I. 1982). The authors of the project are architects V. Kuznetsov, K. Tagirov, A. Nezhurin and others.
